The City of Palm Coast has announced that applications are now open for the Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Cultural Arts Grant Program, administered by the Flagler County Cultural Council (FC3) in partnership with the city.
The program provides funding support to nonprofit organizations that deliver cultural, artistic, and historical programming aimed at enriching community life and enhancing the city’s appeal as a cultural destination. Eligible projects must take place within Palm Coast between October 1, 2026, and September 30, 2027.
Applications opened on June 1, 2026, and will remain open until August 21, 2026. As part of the application process, participating organizations are required to attend a mandatory grant workshop scheduled for July 17 or July 20, 2026.
The grant initiative includes a 1:1 matching requirement, meaning organizations must secure equal funding from other sources. Final award amounts will be determined based on project merit, scoring results, budget considerations, and available program funding.
Once applications are reviewed by a selection panel, recommended awards will be submitted to the Palm Coast City Council for final approval.
City officials emphasized that the program is designed to strengthen local arts and culture organizations, support creative programming, and preserve the city’s cultural and historical identity while improving quality of life for residents and visitors.
The application process is conducted entirely online, with supporting materials and guidelines available through the Flagler County Cultural Council’s official grant portal.
