Ho Chi Minh City, June 2026 – A new trilateral collaboration between Temasek Foundation, Touchstone Partners, and the Viet Nam International Financial Center (VIFC-HCMC) has been announced to accelerate Vietnam’s transition to a green economy. The partnership’s first flagship initiative, the Net Zero Challenge 2026 (N0C 2026), will launch in July 2026.
The programme will focus on advancing innovation, mobilising capital, supporting sustainable enterprises, and enhancing international collaboration in technology transfer and market access. Building on three successful previous editions, which attracted over 1,500 climate innovation solutions and mobilised millions in catalytic funding, N0C 2026 aims to scale Vietnam’s role in global climate technology development.
Tran Nhat Khanh, Managing Partner of Touchstone Partners, said the collaboration reinforces their belief that climate solutions developed in Vietnam can deliver both sustainable commercial returns and significant emissions reductions. Jennie Chua, Chairman of Temasek Foundation, highlighted the shared commitment to fostering a resilient future across Asia.
Temasek Foundation’s initiatives are supported by philanthropic endowments, while Touchstone Partners invests in high‑growth, technology‑driven companies with positive economic and environmental impact. VIFC-HCMC will provide a transparent legal framework to attract global financial institutions and investors, ensuring international capital flows into Vietnam’s green transition.
The launch of Net Zero Challenge 2026 marks a pivotal step in Vietnam’s innovation journey, positioning the country as a hub for sustainable development and climate‑focused entrepreneurship in the region.
