Grants of up to $150,000 are available, and only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to apply. While organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area may receive preferential consideration, applications from across the United States are welcome. However, funding is not provided to organizations outside the United States.
Certain areas are excluded from funding consideration, such as specific therapies provided outside of formal healthcare settings, targeted therapeutic interventions, programs not focused on healthcare delivery, and funding for political campaigns or individuals.
