Halo, a leading independent provider in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), has launched its new “$1M Forever” program, offering select organisations predictable, fixed ESM licensing costs for life. The initiative promises faster deployments, greater agility, and a level of partnership and support that traditional legacy vendors cannot match.
The program targets large enterprises that are often locked into costly, inflexible contracts with incumbent platforms, facing spiralling licensing fees, slow project rollouts, and rigid terms. Halo’s $1M Forever addresses these challenges by providing transparent pricing, accelerated deployment timelines, flexible contracts, and a generous Innovation Grant to fund migration from existing platforms. Organisations pay nothing until migration is complete and their current contracts have expired.
$1M Forever is available exclusively to organisations with over 20,000 employees or more than 1,000 service agents, and entry is on an ‘apply-to-join’ basis. Early adopters benefit from locked-in pricing at $1M ACV, bespoke integration and security configurations, rapid enterprise-scale deployment, direct influence over Halo’s innovation roadmap, and full support for migration via the Innovation Grant.
Paul Hamilton, CEO of Halo, highlighted the transformative potential of the program, calling it a “once-in-a-generation opportunity” for enterprises to reset how they approach service management. By limiting the number of participants, Halo ensures each early adopter receives dedicated attention, premium resources, and the chance to shape the future of Enterprise Service Management alongside the company’s leadership.
