Understanding the Roots of the Gap

The reasons behind this gender disparity are multifaceted. Educational disparities, societal norms, and unconscious biases contribute to fewer women pursuing careers in STEM fields, particularly in tech-focused areas like AI. Bridging the Gender Gap: Steps We Can Take
