UNDP Tajikistan has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify national civil society organizations and NGOs for potential partnership in implementing livelihood and climate resilience support programs. The call seeks organizations with proven expertise in community outreach, awareness, and mobilization across target jamoats, ensuring beneficiaries understand the support mechanism, eligibility, and obligations.
Selected partners will be expected to assist beneficiaries in preparing livelihood proposals and business plans aligned with program priorities, while also providing coaching and mentoring. They will design and administer transparent selection processes under UNDP oversight, including calls for applications, eligibility screening, and evaluation tools.
Organizations will also manage procurement and delivery of approved in-kind support for adaptation micro-projects, ensuring compliance with Responsible Party Agreement provisions and UNDP procurement principles. They will verify beneficiary co-financing, oversee asset registration and custody, and provide implementation support.
Monitoring and evaluation responsibilities include preparing narrative and financial reports, collecting sex- and age-disaggregated data, and tracking outcomes related to climate resilience and livelihoods. Interested organizations must complete the RFI questionnaire with all required attachments, after which qualified CSOs and NGOs may proceed to capacity assessment and roster registration.
