Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell has launched a webinar series titled “Navigating the Changing Non-Profit Landscape” to support non-profit and charitable organizations in adapting to shifts in federal policy and funding. The series aims to provide timely resources and guidance, helping these organizations respond to challenges such as federal funding cuts and evolving policies related to immigration, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).
AG Campbell emphasized that non-profits are facing significant uncertainty due to attempts by the Trump Administration to unlawfully terminate federal funding and implement other actions affecting the sector. She highlighted that the webinar series is part of the Attorney General’s Office’s (AGO) ongoing efforts to hold the federal administration accountable while equipping organizations to continue their critical community services.
At the launch, AG Campbell and AGO staff shared updated legal guidance and resources specifically designed for non-profits, offering practical tools to help them navigate the current policy environment and maintain operational stability amid federal policy changes.
