The Julia Rausing Trust has announced a £1 million grant to Greenhouse Sports as part of the organisation’s largest-ever fundraising campaign, For Every Future. This substantial contribution will make up half of the £2 million match funding pot, ensuring that every donation made throughout November will be doubled in support of essential youth services.
For over twenty years, the Julia Rausing Trust has partnered with Greenhouse Sports to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds build brighter futures through sport and mentoring. The new grant will fund Greenhouse Sports’ initiatives across schools and its community centre in Westminster for the next three years, strengthening its long-term impact on youth development.
Simon Fourmy, Chief Executive of The Julia Rausing Trust, highlighted that Greenhouse Sports creates meaningful, lasting change for young people by combining structured sport with trusted mentoring relationships. He reaffirmed the Trust’s pride in continuing to support such transformative work.
Donald Barrell, CEO of Greenhouse Sports, expressed gratitude for the Trust’s enduring partnership, noting that its support extends beyond financial assistance to a shared belief in the potential of every child. The For Every Future campaign will run from 10am on 2 November to 10pm on 3 November 2025, during which all contributions will be matched to maximize their impact.
