The African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager – Impact and Learning to lead the organisation’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategy. This role is designed for professionals with experience in designing and implementing MEL frameworks that strengthen feminist grantmaking, enhance accountability to movements, donors, and stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making.
The Programme Manager will champion a culture of reflection and learning, drive impact documentation, contribute to thought leadership, and provide technical MEL expertise, programme leadership, and relationship management.
Reporting to the Director of Programmes, the position also includes strategic operational oversight of the Impact and Learning functional area, ensuring that evidence and insights are effectively applied across AWDF’s initiatives.
