The East Europe Foundation (Ukraine) has announced the second wave of its grant competition, titled ‘Support for CSO advocacy campaigns on the recovery of territorial communities and preparation for Ukraine’s accession to the EU’. The initiative is part of the project ‘Phoenix: The Power of Communities’, implemented by the Foundation with backing from the European Union.
The competition aims to enhance the role of civil society organisations in the recovery of territorial communities and Ukraine’s European integration process. It seeks to support advocacy projects, information campaigns, and related initiatives that promote transparency and accountability in recovery efforts, strengthen cooperation between civil society and public authorities, and raise public awareness of recovery activities in the context of Ukraine’s EU accession.
Up to ten organisations will be selected for support, with grant amounts ranging from 800,000 to 1,100,000 hryvnias per project. The expected project duration is six to eight months, and applications must be submitted by 3 April.
