The Global Partnership for Education (GPE) has launched a request for expressions of interest to select the grant agent for the next phase of Education Out Loud (EOL). EOL is GPE’s global fund designed to support civil society organizations in strengthening public accountability, transparency, and participation in education policy processes.
As part of the selection process, GPE will host an information webinar on February 23, 2026, at 07:00 ET. Organizations interested in attending can register for the webinar, and questions may be submitted in advance until February 16, 2026, via the designated GPE email. Following the webinar, a frequently asked questions document will be published to provide additional guidance to applicants.
The grant agent selected through this process will manage the next phase of EOL, subject to a final allocation recommendation from the GPE Finance and Risk Committee in June 2026 and the Board’s consideration of the full program proposal in December 2026. The next phase of EOL is expected to launch in January 2027, continuing its mission to empower civil society in shaping education policy worldwide.
