Jiajia Vision has announced a new B2 funding round, strengthening investor confidence in its work on physical artificial general intelligence and world model technologies.
The funding focuses on physical AGI, world models, embodied intelligence, autonomous systems, industrial AI applications, advanced algorithms, data systems, production-grade execution and large-scale commercialization.
According to reports, the B2 round was led by Lion City Capital, with participation from investors including the China-Belgium Fund, Jianding Investment, Wanxiang Qianchao, Fosun Ruizheng, Huagai Chuangying, Deyi Capital, Huacang Capital and Yuan Shi Fund. Existing shareholders also reportedly increased their investment.
The latest financing marks another major fundraising milestone for the company within a short period. Reports indicate that Jiajia Vision has completed multiple rounds of financing in recent months, with strong interest from state-backed funds, industrial capital, financial institutions and investment platforms.
The company’s valuation has reportedly exceeded 10 billion RMB, positioning it as one of China’s emerging unicorns in the world model and physical AGI sector.
Founded by Huang Guan, Jiajia Vision is developing a dual-pyramid system based on algorithms and data to support physical AGI. The company aims to address key challenges in the field, including fragmented data and the limitations of language-based models in understanding 3D environments, physical causality and real-world actions.
Huang Guan, a Tsinghua University PhD graduate, has experience in physical AI, autonomous driving, robotics, commercialization and entrepreneurship. His background includes work linked to computer vision, embodied intelligence and large-scale engineering systems.
Investors are increasingly viewing physical AGI as a major growth area, especially as companies explore how world models can help machines better understand and interact with real-world environments. Jiajia Vision’s fundraising momentum reflects rising market confidence in this direction.
The company’s approach combines world model development with production-ready execution capabilities, aiming to build systems that can support future applications in robotics, autonomous systems, industrial intelligence and other real-world AI scenarios.
With strong financial backing and growing investor interest, Jiajia Vision is expected to further accelerate its technology development and expand its role in China’s physical AGI ecosystem.
