The Global Partnership for Education (GPE) has announced a request for expressions of interest to select the grant agent for the next phase of its Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (KIX) initiative. KIX is a global program designed to strengthen education systems by enabling countries to generate, share, and apply locally driven evidence and innovations to improve learning outcomes.
As part of the selection process, GPE will host an information webinar on February 23, 2026, at 08:00 ET. Organizations interested in participating can register for the webinar, and questions can be submitted in advance until February 16, 2026, via the designated GPE email. Following the webinar, a frequently asked questions document will be published to support applicants in preparing their submissions.
Applications are open to both single organizations and consortia. The selected grant agent will manage the next phase of KIX, pending a final financing recommendation from the GPE Finance and Risk Committee in June 2026 and the GPE Board’s consideration of the program proposal in December 2026.
The next phase of KIX is scheduled to launch in July 2027, continuing its mission to support countries in leveraging evidence and innovation for stronger education systems worldwide.
