The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) will showcase new business and investment opportunities for Tunisian companies during the 22nd Tunisia Investment Forum, scheduled to take place in Tunis on June 25 and 26, 2026.
The event will bring together government officials, investors, financial institutions, private sector representatives, and development partners to discuss ways of expanding economic cooperation and increasing private sector participation in development projects.
As part of the forum, the African Development Bank Group and the World Bank Group will host a special seminar focused on business opportunities and donor-financed procurement. The session aims to help Tunisian companies better understand available contracts, financing opportunities, and ways to participate in internationally supported projects.
The initiative is designed to strengthen connections between financing institutions and businesses while encouraging Tunisian firms to take part in regional infrastructure and development programmes. Companies working in construction, engineering, technology, energy, water, sanitation, manufacturing, and industrial services are expected to benefit from the discussions.
The African Development Bank will also participate in high-level sessions with Tunisian authorities and international partners, focusing on investment priorities and sustainable economic development.
Organizers expect the forum to attract nearly 1,000 participants, creating a platform for businesses to explore partnerships, joint ventures, and opportunities linked to projects financed by development institutions.
The event reflects growing efforts to increase private sector involvement in Africa’s development agenda. By improving awareness of procurement processes and investment channels, the African Development Bank aims to help Tunisian companies access new markets and contribute to regional growth.
