Unmind, a leading enterprise mental health platform, has announced a new investment from TELUS Global Ventures as part of a $35 million funding round. This investment aims to enhance employees’ ability to access and utilize employer-provided mental health services. The funding will support Unmind’s expansion in the United States and globally, providing a unified platform that combines therapy, science-based wellness tools, AI coaching, and expert-driven content to improve mental wellbeing and productivity in workplaces.
With this latest round, Unmind’s total funding has reached $82 million. The investment includes continued backing from Project A, Felix Capital, and Sapphire Ventures. The capital will enable Unmind to expand into new markets and scale up its integrated mental health offering. This includes Nova, the platform’s generative AI-powered assistant, which offers personalized guidance and practical mental health support through targeted conversations. Unmind’s all-in-one solution also includes a modernized Employee Assistance Program (EAP), setting it apart from traditional mental health platforms.
TELUS Global Ventures emphasized that this investment reflects its strategic vision for the future of workplace mental health. They highlighted Unmind’s technology-led, data-driven approach and its ability to meet the rising demand for accessible, impactful mental health services in corporate settings.
To support its next stage of growth, Unmind has also appointed Laura Moniz de Aragao as Chief Revenue Officer. Laura brings her experience from BetterUp, where she led sales teams across the U.S. and EMEA. At Unmind, she will spearhead global sales efforts, focusing especially on the U.S. market and strengthening partnerships to drive further expansion.
