Infosys Foundation has launched the Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program to help create 500,000 jobs in India by 2030. With an initial investment of over INR 200 crore, the initiative is aimed at empowering job seekers with the skills and opportunities needed for sustainable employment.
The program, delivered through the Infosys Springboard digital learning platform, targets both graduate and undergraduate youth across STEM and non-STEM sectors. It includes advanced industry-aligned training in fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital marketing, and finance, alongside soft skills development in communication, time management, and interview preparation.
To expand its reach and effectiveness, Infosys Foundation is working with around 20 implementation partners, including ICT Academy, Unnati, Nirmaan, Magic Bus, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, Centum, CII Foundation, and NIIT Foundation. These collaborations aim to generate diverse job opportunities and facilitate long-term career pathways for learners across India.
