GEF funds FAO-led Projects to benefit Thirty Countries
The Global Environment Facility (GEF) Council has decided to allocate a substantial $ 176 million to 24 FAO-led projects that tackle the critical intersection between agriculture and environmental concerns. Japan-UNEP joint effort to tackle Plastic Pollution and Environmental Recovery
A new cooperative effort has been announced by the Japan and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to tackle plastic pollution across Asia and support post-conflict environmental recovery in Iraq and South Sudan.
